Installing drip irrigation on your property or in a greenhouse is a great solution for gardeners. Drip irrigation offers several advantages over traditional irrigation methods. It ensures a slow, targeted delivery of water directly to plant roots, promoting improved growth and development and minimizing the risk of under- or over-watering.

The main benefits of drip irrigation include:
- significant reduction in the time required for irrigation;
- Protect leaves and fruits from direct contact with water, reducing the likelihood of burns or rot;
- Economical use of water resources since water is directed directly to the roots, thus reducing total water consumption.
You can set up a drip irrigation system yourself using readily available materials, such as plastic bottles and cotton swabs, which greatly simplifies the process.
To create the system you need:
- 5 liter plastic bottles;
- cotton swab.

Creation process:
Cut the cotton swabs in half;

Cut the tops off the bottles;
Make a small hole in the bottom of each bottle and insert a cut cotton ball into it;
