Once you have removed the cardboard cylinder, take a bowl. Start by pouring half a glass of water into it and then add 3 tablespoons of alcohol . Mix and add another tablespoon of baking soda . Continue stirring until the latter dissolves.
At this point add a splash of fabric softener and mix again. Now place the toilet paper roll without the cardboard cylinder on a plate and pour the solution you created . Once you have poured out all the liquid, you can move the toilet paper roll to a container.
