The first thing we need to do is place a rectangle of plywood in correspondence with the hole in the wall, cutting with a grinder a piece of plywood approximately the size of the hole.
We obtain a square, which we will then finish off with the angle grinder by placing the piece of plywood back on the wall. In this way we will also mark the dimensions of the square on the wall itself, around the hole.
The next step is to take an electric drill and make ‘rays’ that start from the hole in the wall and end on the different sides of the square that we marked on the wall.
This way, it will be very easy to remove the pieces of wall , creating a hole the size of the square. As the opening will not be perfect, it is best to finish everything off with a grater (one of those we use on the table to grate cheese will do).
At this point we will have to create a solid base to better insert the square into the space we have just created. A very simple procedure, since it will be enough to apply a rectangular piece of wood (placed vertically) to the back of the hole, fixing it to the wall with the appropriate tool.

Once this step is completed, it is necessary to create the mortar , using a container and water into which we will introduce the material.
